1. How long time does it take for my customized bag to be produced?
Bags are produced within 3 – 5 days following your order. In extremely busy periods (i.e. Christmas time), maximum queueing time for a bag to be produced is one week.
2. How are bags shipped?Bags are shipped with priority mail through the Swedish Postal Service. If you want to upgrade to a fast delivery service, please contact us for a quote.
3. How long time does the shipping take?
Shipping time dependes on the destination. To Swedish destinations, shipping usually takes around 5 working days. To European destinations, it may take 7 - 10 working days. Outside of Europe, it can vary between 2 and 4 weeks. Shipping to US usually takes around 2 weeks.
4. Can I return a bag I purchased?
Unfortunately we cannot accept customized bags to be returned, since they are produced according to each customer's personal taste.
5. How do I clean my bag?
To maintain your bag at best, our advice is to hand-wash at low temperature.
